Cancellation Policy
Edu-Nomad Strategic Advisory & Consultation Sessions 1. Strategic Discovery Conversations (15 minutes – Complimentary) The Strategic Discovery Conversation is a short, focused discussion to clarify your enquiry and assess alignment. It is not a consulting session and does not include detailed advisory or written follow-up. If further support is required, clients may book a paid advisory session. 2. Paid Advisory Sessions Paid sessions are confirmed upon full payment at the time of booking. These sessions provide strategic insight, directional guidance, and professional recommendations based on the information the client provides. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sessions do not include formal reports, documentation or implementation services. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the session. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. • No-shows are non-refundable. Edu-Nomad reserves the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative time will be offered promptly. Edu-Nomad reserves the right to decline bookings that fall outside our scope of expertise or ethical framework. 4. Scope & Boundaries Advisory sessions provide strategic direction and professional insight. They do not constitute legal, financial or regulatory advice. If additional analysis, documentation, program design or implementation support is required, a separate proposal or engagement agreement will be issued. 5. Confidentiality All information shared during advisory sessions will be treated confidentially and used solely to provide professional guidance, unless disclosure is required by law. 6. Intellectual Property Insights, frameworks and methodologies shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of Edu-Nomad Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. 7. Limitation of Liability While professional care is taken in delivering advice, clients remain responsible for decisions made and actions taken based on advisory discussions.
